"Pros: Wow! We have stayed in many resorts in Cyprus and I have never received such amazing service and met such wonderful staff. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always happy to help. The Madagascar club is just fantastic, every single member of staff were genuinely interested in the children and remembered our children’s names the next day. There are many hotels that look great such as this one but the staff are what makes this place amazing. The only improvement I would suggest is sometimes certain foods were not fresh eg. Hard pancakes perhaps from the day before, but there was so much choice. Our housekeeping Belkiz was so kind and even managed to get us my son’s slipper which went down the balcony! Thank you The Arkin family, you should be proud of your team. We will definitely be returning!" ~Yamur
