"Pros: It is a separate studio (a little house, detached from the owner's house) with an outside sitting area (table and two chairs). There are nice trees near the house. It is fully equipped with kitchenware. Huge supermarkets are just 10 minutes away. Cons: It was noisy at some late hours on a couple of days, but the neighbours, not the owner, caused this. This property is about 40-45 minutes away from the closest beach (walking) or 15 minutes walking /bus combined" ~Ivan2travel
