Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the rental price includes 300 kWh of electricity use per week. All electricity consumption beyond this is charged EUR 0.50 per kWh. Please note that housekeeping and change of linens are included in the price. Additional cleaning services can be provided upon charge. Please note that 1 baby cot and 1 high chair can be provided free of charge. Any additional baby cot and/or high chair can be provided on request and at an extra charge.
