"Pros: Very comfortable and clean. Fairly good location. Welcome wine on arrival. Guided tour of property. Good contact with owners
Cons: 7 of us stayed but only catered for 6. Had to wait a day for extra bed and chairs. No towel refresh unless you ask and no cleaning or bed change service unless iou ask. We asked on Tuesday when we could have yowels and beds changed. Stated they were busy and it could be wed Thurs or Fri. Did it on Saturday... day before we left! Had to use tv on subtitles as speakers were broken after 2 days. Reported it 3 times. Someone came but couldn't do anything about it. Pool was unusable as freezing cold and very little sun hits the outside area."
