The ground floor of villa Michelle 10 features an open-plan living room with flat-screen satellite TV and gaming console. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and access to a covered veranda and the secluded pool area. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite shower, a second double room, a twin room and the family bathroom. Michelle 10 is fully air-conditioned and has free WiFi. Tennis facilities are within 200 metres. The area offers fishing, golfing and horse riding opportunities. Larnaca Airport is at a distance of 65 km. Free private parking is available on site.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. -No bachelor parties are accepted -No unaccompanied groups of under 21-year-olds are accepted -Prices include 240 KWh of electricity per week.
