"Pros: The staff are awesome. We arrived 3 hours before check in and we had a warm welcome from the receptionists. An hour after arrival we received the all-inclusive bracelets and were able to eat. The room was ready an hour before check in, so we were able to enter the room earlier. The view was excellent and food was amazing. We couldn't stop eating. Also they took into account the infant allergies and prepared special food for the baby every day for each of the three meals. Noise isolation from outside is great. Cons: Loud noises from the hall. Doors are not very well noise isolated and all noises from hall come through. The noises were from people moving and closing the doors, so not a problem at night. It was just a problem because the baby had to sleep during the day and it would wake the baby up sometimes." ~Anonymous
