"Pros: Nice apt, central spot and good amenities. Clean at arrival. Nice frigde and kitchen! Supermarket and restaurants close by. Owner replied quickly when messaged, and even brought us more toilet paper. Thanks! Warm showers after we figuered out the heater. Cons: Late communication about location specifics and how to find keys. My friend had on day 2 two insect bites which looked liked bed bug bites. We removed the bedding and put it in the freezer, and changed the bedding. No more bites after. There was no written information at arrival, so no info regarding the water heater which had to be manually turned on, wifi password or where the rubbish containers outside were. A print-out or an email beforehand with this info would be appreciated. A few ants in the kitchen some of the days." ~Johan

"Pros: The villa is set in its own private grounds with a lovely large swimming pool. It is a short walk to the beach (10 minutes) and 25 minutes to the centre of POlis town. The inside of the villa is spacious, Cons: The facilities are very dated and not working properly. The solar water heating system doesn’t work and this was reported to the management. We had to use emersión heating The dishwasher was old and rusty and didn’t;t clean the dishes properly. This was also reported. Kitchen utensils and crockery was limited and worn. The walls were bare and although spacious, the villa seemed cold in the October evenings. It is in serious need of refurbishment/" ~Julie
