"Pros: Spacious home, on the edge of the village About a 20 min walk to the village square where there are restaurants and bars .The house has a nice pool, plenty of areas to sit outside and a nice garden We were three friends but plenty of space for more The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need . "Pros: The villa was well worth the money for the 5 of us. The pool is a good size and has low and deep ends. The villa itself is a good size too. Cons: You definitely need a car as there is nothing close by. The air con in the ensuite bedroom didn't cool, the toilet leaked and the shower could do with a good scrub on the outside. The pool had a green 'slime' border at the top of the pool just above the water which had dried and again a good scrub would clear it. A recommendation for the owner would be to get rid of the 'clutter' and store it outside in a shed (we don't need a travel cot in the bedroom, a high chair, pram and portable gas heater in the kitchen area, ladders and steps on the balcony) also to remove some of the dust collecting ornaments around the property (as the saying goes 'less is more'). The cupboard is full of espresso cups, no one needs 50 mini cups, but only 4 normal size ones. It would have been good to have a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, bread, jam and butter and just add another €20 to the cost as we had left home at 9am and didn't actually get to the villa until 10.30pm. As per the previous reviews there are some things that need to be repaired/reviewed but overall it's a good villa and we enjoyed being there." ~Nikki

"Pros: The property was well equipped, clean, tidy, modern and well maintained. Host was very helpful and gave lots of local information. Location is great for the supermarket, square and only a short drive to the beach. We arrived very late and they made sure we had some groceries to start us off in the morning. Pool and outside areas lovely. All in all we enjoyed our 10 day stay and will definitely book again. Cons: No problems at all." ~Nicola

"Pros: The villa was in a wonderful location, with sea views from the upstairs balcony. The village of Pissouri is very pretty. It's 1.5 km from the villa. There are many tavernas to choose from. You can walk in and get a taxi back . The owner is very helpful, if you need to know any information. The local beach is around 4 km . The beach is sand and stones, there are many tavernas there as well. We had a problem with the Aircon breaking down in the sitting room, but it didn't worry us as we were in the pool or at the beach during the day. The bedrooms had a good Aircon so we were fine. They have a Cyprus night every Friday in the village square, highly recommended lots of fun and dancing. Our flight home was late and the owner allowed us to stay till later, much appreciated. Would return as it was so peaceful . Had a fantastic two weeks. Cons: Wasn't keen on the staircase , as it has a tight turn at the top , we are both in our sixties and did struggle. For young people it wouldn't be a problem. Could do with more kitchen items, but we managed. Beds were hard for us but some people might find that ok." ~Foster
