"Pros: The location is brilliant, next to a lovely beach, coastal walks on the doorstep and a great pub a minutes walk away (you don’t hear any noise from it!!) that serves very tasty, good food at reasonable prices
Cons: The key collection on arrival was slightly chaotic. The lock box code is not given until the managers receive your damage deposit, but the the financial details for this are not given until your allocated checkin time, at which point you are probably on your way to the apartment and not sat watching your phone for emails!! Why not send the deposit details the day before? Then that can be sorted and you can send the lock box code at the agreed arrival time…. After all by this time you have already received full payment for the stay."
