"Pros: The apartment was lovely- spacious, well equipped & stylish. It was near to many of the local attractions & also a good beach. The pool & pool area were great ( although there was a sign saying it was closed & swimming was prohibited but no one took any notice of it).The area was well landscaped & mostly quiet. The Lidl was really close & useful but not in our view. There were a range of restaurants within walking distance. Cons: The apartment was not serviced at all in the 11 nights we were there. When I contacted the local number given & put a message on the booking.com message board to ask what we had to do about this the response was slow & to the effect that none of our towels or bed linen would be washed whilst we were there & that there was a washing machine. I pointed out that there was only a normal sized airer & nowhere else to dry anything. We accepted having to do our own rubbish & recycling & cleaning but we did object to having to sleep in the same bedding for 11 nights. On one occasion we were told that someone would deliver clean bed linen but we received the message when we returned to apartment after walking in the hills & obviously missed the delivery." ~Maria

"Pros: Beautiful apartment close to local restaurants and the beach- very clean and comfortable. The host, Jen, was very helpful and responsive in answering any questions we had and arranged a local taxi to collect us from the airport. The BEST sunsets from the balcony! Cons: Nothing, it was great. Would highly recommend!" ~Jgy

"Pros: Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Well-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and a gratis bottle of wine Balcony with amazing sea-view Good location, close to the beach, promenade, grocery store, restaurants and bus stop Cons: Maintenance of the apt could be better. Hope that the owners in the future pays more attention to these: - the sitting area of the sofa was quite dirty (the light blue fabric was actually rather grey, it should be cleaned more often) - the mosquito net and the balcony sunshade was broken (I know that these cannot be fixed immediately but it would be always nice to inform the guests beforehand) - in both bedrooms the walls had greasy stains behind the beds, so it would be really useful to have bed headboards or clean the walls more often Not really criticism, just a useful info for future guests visiting Paphos during wintertime: there was only hot water in January if we pushed the boost bottom (daytime either). It might be a bit inconvenient if you are used to have hot water anytime." ~Katalin
