"Pros: Amazing location right near shops and restaurants. Front house staff were really polite and helpful. Hotel is lovely, the interior is sophisticated and timeless. The room was comfy and the bathroom was great. The hotel restaurants were great an the food was delicious - great spread at breakfast. I felt it was good value for the standard of hotel. Cons: Breakfast ended at 10am which is too early - there was always a rush at 9.45am which meant sleepins were not permitted. There wasn't an iron in the room, you had to request one each day and the iron leaked and the board was hard to unfold. The main pool was 33 degrees c which wasn't refreshing when its was 32 degrees outside. Some of the grounds staff (gardeners, etc) never smiled back" ~Rob
