"Pros: Elena was a super nice person. She was there to answer every question and to help in any crisis. The flat was very well equiped and you had any item you needed. It was also clean, even the balkonies. Cons: Unfortunetly I had two cockroaches in two separate nights in the bathroom. Elena was there with a spray but it was still a huge problem for me. I had to wash all my stuff and my suitcase is now standing in the garden, because I dont want to have them at my home..." ~Olimpia
