It consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace. Fitted with stone walls and beamed ceilings, the open-plan kitchen has a stove, full-size fridge and country-style dining table. Facilities also include a washing machine, dishwasher and flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is available throughout. The outdoor space comprises of shaded seating areas or sun terraces for sunbathing. Within a minute walk from Avgoustis, guests will find a grocery store. Staff can arrange car rental to visit the bustling Limasol Town or Fassouri Water Park at a 25-minute drive. For sport lovers, Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort is lies a 15-minute drive and Troodos Mountain Ski Resort within 30 minutes’ by car. The closest beach is also within a 15-minute drive. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
