"Pros: We stayed in a nice family room with a large balcony, pool and sea view, and complete privacy from neighbors. Though slightly outdated, the room was in good condition. The kids loved the pool area, especially the waterslide, which was always supervised by a lifeguard. The food selection was excellent, with fish, meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. Fries and nuggets were available but not overly highlighted, which allowed children to choose from the regular, balanced buffet. Watermelon was a standout! Hotel staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Annita from guest services for resolving a small issue, and to Luke at the front desk for being very helpful. The beach area was enjoyable and convenient. Cons: Sometimes the pool area lacked free chaise longues due to people reserving them with towels.
