"Pros: A top location with view straight on the famous beach of Limassol. Extra point is to be just opposite to a nice coffee shop with excellent viennoiserie, prepared in situ every morning. The spacious living room and complete kitchen makes it a perfect place for family cooking and dine-in. But the balcony was by far my best. The photo shows a realistic image but you must see it for real. Finally, the owner has been extremely responsive and available at all times. Single negative remark: the common spaces of the building need more frequent maintenance and cleaning. But this is not this owner's fault.
