"Pros: I give it 10/10 . Excellent location near the beach and nearby amenities. the apartment is superb, clean, spacious and well serviced and maintained. I ensured i looked after the place. If you want a good location in Limassol, then this is the apartment for you. Just make sure you look after the place as if it was yours. I can't stay in a hotel because of physical disabilities . The apartment was excellent and met my personal requirements. One tip for everyone, During the summer there is absolutely no need to have a hot water button on.
Cons: Protocol for rules and use of electricity, towels extras etc was very different than what i am used to, maybe it is because I always look after the place where I am staying and taken a back by so many rules and some hidden costs, in which of course I abided by. I suggest the owners by all means have these rules but be a little bit more assuring and welcoming can go along way with their guests. Perhaps have your overall prices per night a little bit more then you don't need to have extra costs. Even if there is one person booking an extra large towel can go a long way. The actual stay was first class and the owners are just ensuring their property is looked after by its visitors, i understand. I would go back again, and i recommend people book this apartment."
