"Pros: Loved this well equipped studio apartment with fab views over Limassol and close to everything we needed. Owner was so helpful and very responsive.
Cons: Can get a bit noisy due to road but this was generally only for short time and quieter as it gets later - to be expected really due to location."

"Pros: The location is really good, you can easily reach downtown and port area, which was extremely nice. The neighbourhood itself is pretty quiet. All devices and appliances worked and were in a good condition.
Cons: At the beginning we had problems with parking, so we’re trying to reach the administration via phone. Unfortunately, no one picked up, so we had to figure it out ourselves, which was a bit frustrating. Although the apartment was clean, you can still see some stains on the wall and stuff. I would also say that the place might be a bit overpriced for what you get, since in reality it is smaller than on the pics."

"Pros: The place is nice, spacious and clean. The staff is very informative and ready to help. The best yet is the location - you can enjoy the blue sea from balcony, listen to the practice of the orchestra in the evening and morning calls of the peacock from the zoo. No traffic noise. If you travel with kids the park nearby is perfect since it has a cool playground with a lot of different slides.
Neighbors are very quiet.
The grossery shop is just 5 min away.
The only downside was the started renovation of the facades and inability to use lifts to get to the 4th floor. But we decided it's our additional sport challenge)))
Overall feels almost like home. Thank you"
