A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to fill up and sign a registration form and show a photo ID prior to their check-in. Electricity is included in the price based on a limit of 15kWh per day which is sufficient enough for standard usage of all appliances at the property. If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at €0.40 per Kwh.
