"Pros: The place is nice, spacious and clean. The staff is very informative and ready to help. The best yet is the location - you can enjoy the blue sea from balcony, listen to the practice of the orchestra in the evening and morning calls of the peacock from the zoo. No traffic noise. If you travel with kids the park nearby is perfect since it has a cool playground with a lot of different slides. Neighbors are very quiet. The grossery shop is just 5 min away. The only downside was the started renovation of the facades and inability to use lifts to get to the 4th floor. But we decided it's our additional sport challenge))) Overall feels almost like home.
