"Pros: The host is super nice, friendly and generous.. Michael greeted us (my daughter and me) at the street, there is a parking space at the back, very convenient, at first floor.. small studio, good for short stays, equipped with everything; Michael also left us a fruit bowl.. it has a small balcony with a side sea view.. the place is quiet.. we only stayed for one night. The location is fantastic, close to diners and supermarket.. and the beach is right across the street." ~Arda

"Pros: First of all, there was floor heating, so while that is not common in Cyprus, it’s great thing to have during those colder months. I know what I’m talking about - currently in another apartment in Cyprus, and the floor is not pleasant to walk on at all. Then there is space - lots of it, really. I don’t like to live in tiny apartments and fighting for bathroom access with the family, so this apartment was a great place for 3 people to stay. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Although I haven’t been using the car much - using taxis felt more convenient, especially when going to places 10 minutes away. Cons: There wasn’t anything noticeably annoying, really, but if I need to name a few things, then I definitely can. First of all, one of balcony glasses was shattered. That made the whole balcony sitting experience not that pleasant. Then, while the materials used in the interior are good, the quality of the work is quite horrible. But that is a common thing in Southern countries. Also, there were some mistakes made in the planning phase. One toilet is too close to the wall, so even someone 20 cm shorter than me had issues. And when the toilet lid is open - you can’t use the flush button, since it’s covered by the lid. That applies to all 3 toilets. But the above things were not dealt with breakers. Just, considering the price, not expected." ~Andrey
