"Pros: Spacious, bright, extremely clean apartment, equipped with everything necessary, in an area without restaurants/terraces around (so quiet at night), close positioned to the bus station and the beach (6 min walk). Hot water provided both by the Cyprus specific system (solar panels) and by electric heating. Spacious bathroom with window. There are also adapters for the socket in the apartment. Throughout our stay we had a personal assistant, Zoe, very kind, who took care of ensuring our comfort. Thank you, Zoe! Cons: The door to the apartment is not sealed, so we heard all the noises from the hall of the building. The studio is in the immediate vicinity of the elevator (you could hear people talking while waiting for the elevator). One day we had a problem with a socket: it made a small spark and the power went out in the apartment. The problem was solved with difficulty, in the afternoon (so about 5 hours without power), but that day we could not go too far from the apartment because we had to give the electrician access to the house. So...a day when we couldn't stick to our vacation plan :( The towel bar in the bathroom is not enough for 2 large towels. Plus...there are no other hangers where you can put your pajamas. It would be great if they installed some. The street behind the apartment building (where the balcony is) is under reconstruction, so the works start at 7:30 in the morning. The noise didn't bother us because we woke up early." ~Irina
