"Pros: This is the Best place ín Larnaca,really a beauty. Such a panoráma,Windows around in the property, and beauty seaview. Its very central, but ín the flat inside quiet. New apartman,everything is inside what you need. The owner is always ready if you need any help. We couldnt switch on the plate😅and hé sent somebody tó help ín 10 minutes. After check out we got back correct the whole deposit, because we rented it for a month. So everything was just the Best,such beautiful apartman I think you cant find ín Larnaca."

"Pros: Good location. Apartment was clean and fully equiped with new air-condition units so we were fresh and comfortable. Owner left a welcome note and a bottle of vine which was a really nice gesture.
Cons: Apartment seems to be recently renovated, which gives you clean and cosy feeling, but very opposite vibe you get from the building itself. First days of our stay elevator was not working, so we had to use stairase which was extremely dirty, windows in the common area was black from dust and spider webs. Also veranda of the apartment was full of pigeon droppings, so sadly, as good was the interior, as bad was an exterior... We have not once sit on the veranda/balcony."
