"Pros: Bali suits is a good place for it's value with all the benefits and downsides of a city center location. It has everything you might need from all necessary kitchenware to ~90 inch smart TV. Apts are located 3-5 minutes walking from Metro store, 10-15 minutes to Alphamega and 20-30 minutes away from Finikoudes beach area. There are just 2 parking lots for entire building but there is always enough available place nearby. The host is very friendly, polite and is always willing to help. Cons: Even though everything looks great at a first glance, minor details become quite bothering over time: a ceiling above stairs is too low and you have to watch your head if you are above 180 cm high; the building is a brand new and elevator is not yet available (as of Sep 2022) so be ready to move your staff and grocery using the stairs; even though everything is new, the toilet seat in one of the apartments was already broken; the fridge leaked few times for no visible reason; microwave might shock you with electricity sometimes; wi-fi has a 5-10 minutes downtime almost every hour; hot water is not always available or you have to wait long enough for it to warm up, neighbours were doing some construction works for several days starting 7 am (not very loud though); by default you get only one key set to the apartment and building entrance and it cannot be untied from electricity card so mind this if you are not coming alone." ~Hoax221
