"Pros: Great location and communication with the host Cons: If you expect guests to wash all the dishes I would expect to have new (not old and used before) dishwashing sponge. Also: we were there in February and the days were cloudy, there were 2 days in which water in the shower wasn’t hot (even if we used the electric booster for 15 min). I think some other heating solution for the winter/cloudy days should be figured out. This h to consider changing: new furniture in the bathroom, new mattress in the bedroom" ~Arieta
