"Pros: The beauty of the house itself. The view. The house feels like ‘your’house. The Kitchen equipment. The swimming pool. The privacy en the quietness, just the sound of birds around. The rose garden if you choose Sermar villa, realize that there is no supermarket nearby and that the restaurant is very limited in menu choice. We did not experience that as negative. Just make sure you always have food in the house and enjoy the privacy. We loved it ! Cons: unfortunately you can't enjoy the last evening sun but that doesn't outweigh everything else" ~Liesbeth
