A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Electricity is included in the price based on a limit of 25kWh per day which is sufficient enough for standard usage of all appliances at the property. If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at €0.40 per Kwh. The meter is read on arrival and departure.
