"Pros: The location. Cons: Our room was tired and dated, in need of refurbishment. Whilst the pool area was nice, it was extremely difficult to access for anyone with mobility issues, as there wasn’t a lift that went down to the level of the pool. There is a smaller outdoor and indoor pool at an accessible level but they only offer ladder steps to enter the water, which again can be an issue for some people. The choice on the a la carte menu was limited for main meals. The gift shop and spa are permanently closed, which was very disappointing, as my husband had been planning to book some treatments as a birthday gift for me." ~Heather
