This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the energy-usage has an additional cost of USD$ 0,40 per KWH. To limit excessive usage of water, please note that water usage of up to 500 liters per day is included in your stay. Any usage of water that exceeds this amount, will have to be paid for upon check-out.
