"Pros: Great Location Fairly clean Huge TV (we didn't have time to watch movies, but for a rainy day it would be great - it's not the one in pictures) Location again, but longer Nice Balcony Parking in the garage (not having a car in direct sunlight was great), but it requires some skill to park in the tight spot and I can imagine some bigger SUV not fitting at all Windows have the mesh against insects in every room + balcony door as well Groceries nearby Very good restaurants nearby (Galija recommended) Cons: The mattresses were uncomfortable - soft&springy The small chip to enter the flat was easy to lose with no possibility to attach it to a keychain (for someone like me with a minimalist wallet it was quite a trouble) There was a weird smell in the flat when we arrived, but we were able to vent it out fairly quickly The kitchen had only 2 little spoons I was missing a shoehorn" ~Jakub

"Pros: Outstanding apartment with an amazing host. Josip, out host, was very helpful, kind and friendly, to say the least. Communicating with him was always pleasant and he always replied fast to all our inquiries. The apartment has all the appliances you could need and think of. It had fast internet, very well equipped kitchen, awesome bedrooms, great bathroom and an amazing and spacious terrace. Everywhere was very clean. The living room was very cosy. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The apartment is 5 min away from the beach and 5 min away from the bus stop. There are also supermarkets and nice restaurants nearby. This apartment and its host made our visit to Zadar even better than it was and we had a great time there! Josip even connected us with the best taxi driver in the town - more than reasonable price, brand new car, impecable manners, a great person. A huge thank you! 12/10 Higly Recommended! "Pros: Lovely, quiet location, lots of space and facilities. Extremely comfy beds, lovely terrace. Super, friendly host who was very helpful dealing with our late arrival due to flight delay and the rain water issue we had. Would love to have stayed longer! Cons: Mosquito/bug repellent plug ins were empty so one of our daughters was badly bitten, rain water flooding the floors one night-although this was dealt with quickly by our charming host.
