"Pros: I really liked its location, beach just 2 minutes walk, bakery next door. We went shopping by car, but some supermarkets were also within 5 minutes walking distance. We rented the apartment on the ground floor, which had a parking spot behind the gate in the paved garden, right in front of our apartment. The building provided shadow for the car almost all day. Parking is easy, but for leaving, its better to have someone on the street and help you with the traffic as you cannot see outside through the fences. The paved garden also has an outside shower with warm water and a traditional brick grill (which is super easy to use if you have some experience with barbecuing). We brought our own kitchen tools, pans etc., but it seems it has everything that you might need (haven't tried their knives, but if you like cooking, it's better to bring your own chef knife). The apartment had everything, comfy sofa, smart tv, AC, kitchen hood (which is rare), dining table, washing machine and it's modern. Our host, however we just talked through the phone, was super nice and helpful. Picking up and leaving the keys was easy and as this house belongs to an agency, they can also help you with excursions or renting a jet ski. Cons: The walls are thin and you can hear the upstairs neighbors. Water pressure in the bathroom is low (might be common on the island). Some tools for cleaning the grill, like a brush, would be great to have. Found it dirty and did our best to clean it after we used it." ~Balazs
