The restaurants below are by no way noisy or disturbing; they just add to the lovely and relaxed summer atmosphere of the place. "Pros: Great location. Perfectly situated between the hum and vibe of a pedestrian street outside one window and restaurants and 20m to the sea outside the other. One minute walk to swim in clear, warm water. Restaurant staff and shop owners greet you warmly each time. Shops, live music and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. Nice to watch the Adriatic from a shared balcony. Subsidised parking was a bonus as it’s otherwise expensive.
Cons: Having to leave is never nice."

"Pros: It is in a wonderful location, you can see the sea 20 meters away from the terrace when you have breakfast. 2 minutes from the market, where you can buy fresh pastries, vegetables, fruit, and fish.
Cons: The drain is a bit smelly."
