"Pros: Great locality. Near to restaurants, shops, beach, but still nice peaceful and private. Rea was very nice. She brought us small espresso machine even with some capsulas, and also some local vine as a welcome gift :) Beds are comfortable, kitchen is big and well equipped. "Pros: Everything was excellent. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We found everything we needed for our stay at the apartment. There was no problem to park our car right outside the apartment to transfer our stuff inside and then we had our parking spot (2 of them) just about 100metres away. The terrace was great, with absolute privacy just for us. Everything was within walking distance. The best restaurant we tried in sv.Filip i Jakov was the one below our apartment. We tried both 2 nearest beaches (about 2-3 min walking by foot) and both were great, we preffered the one with small rocks over the one which was more sandy. Absolutely recommend! Cons: The nearest bakery (pekara) was unfortunately closed. As we love croatian baked goods, it was a pity, but there are 2 shops in 2min walking distance from the apartment, so not so bad at all." ~Terezia
