"Pros: Despite being small, the apartment is exceptionally well-designed and thoughtfully arranged—it has everything we (and most tourists) could need. I don’t usually leave the highest ratings, but this place truly deserves it. Some highlights: 1. Smooth check-in. There’s no need for a personal meeting with the host. The keys are in a secure locker, and the host provides very detailed instructions on how to access them and use the apartment. 2. Excellent location - just a 7-minute walk to the waterfront and only a few minutes to the Roman city center (Diocletian’s Palace). Around the corner is a student canteen offering decent meals for €5–7—perfect for budget travelers (look up “Restaurant Index” on Google maps). It's also just a 4-minute walk to the best ice cream in town (Gelateria Emiliana). 3. The host responded quickly and had a shower issue fixed the same day. 4. Great value! As we visited in May, so I can’t speak for high-season pricing, but the cost was very reasonable for what we got. 5. Quiet area. Even though it’s close to the city center, the neighborhood is peaceful. Highly recommended for solo travelers and couples! Cons: To get rid of shower humidity, you should wait a bit longer, as the air circulation isn't ideal." ~Anatoly
