"Pros: It's a very nice and modern apartment with all equipment you need, including coffee machine. Communication is great because the host is very responsive There is free parking in front of the building (roof parking) and there is a small shopping mall behind the building which you can easily reach through the passage next to building nr. 24. The apartment is at 10min drive from the city centre, be sure to install the SplitParking app which is extremely convenient because it shows number of available places and current rates. In the weekend parking is free of charge on many parkings. . Cons: The street in front of the building is a bit dodgy with garbage and some abandoned cars, but still acceptable. The apartment has a boiler for hot water which can be accidentally switch off by the switch at the door next to the light switch. Be warned, if you switch it off, you will not have hot water! There is air-conditioning in the apartment, but not in bedroom 2 and it can be very hot. Leaving the window open is an option, but then there is quite some noise coming from outside." ~Martin
