"Pros: just for info.. you are not renting the entire villa, but only the lower apartment (3 bedrooms) in a semi-detached villa (4 apartments in total), the upper apartment is occupied by the owner, the owner was nice, helpful, quiet, we didn't even know he was staying there, we had good luck with the neighbors in the other half of the villa, a young family, so also no problem with noise... so we were satisfied in the end
