Amazing Home In Rogoznica With Outdoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi And Wifi

"Pros: The host Marija, not only allowed us to arrive earlier than the check in time but also greeted us at the gate and gave us a lovely tour to help us familiarise with the property, she was very welcoming and helpful when needed also during the week via WhatsApp messages. The location was superb with only a 3 min walk to the beach. It was also situated with a 5-10 min walk to the marina and very close to the bars and restaurants in the town. There was also an amazing viewpoint only 15 mins walk and then the blue bay another 15mins after that which was lovely.. overall we had an amazing experience the pools was fantastic and the house came with everything you could have needed, we were more than impressed with the facilities in the kitchen and summer outside kitchen.. it made our stay very memorable and we would recommend 1000% for groups of up to 14!
Cons: It’s very nit picky because for me it was a 98% out 100% experience.. but the jacuzzi wasn’t always to the right temp on the afternoons, but as it was beautiful weather we didn’t need it then"

"Pros: It's a great location in a side street close to the sea - you're really only a few minutes walk to the sea, maybe 100m down the straight. It's quiet here, with only groups of people walking down the street, often with ice cream - and we watch them from the beautiful balcony of our apartment over a glass of wine. Or join their tour for great ice cream nearby.
The apartment has a living room/kitchen, two toilets, two separate bedrooms, each with access to a (private) balcony. One balcony is smaller, one is large (with access also from the living room).
The hosts are very quiet, friendly and sociable. It was like coming to stay with my grandma and grandpa for the holidays.
I have very much rested, relaxed and reformed here. A great place for a holiday.
We would like to come back nextime.
Cons: No problems at all.
The only thing that scared us a bit at the beginning, but we easily got used to it, are the narrow streets on the approach and the relatively small parking space in front of the house - the alley is only for one car, so sometimes cars have to dodge + groups of pedestrians walking to the beach. The parking space is quite narrow, you have to manoeuvre a bit but you get around. I estimate cars up to 5m in length can make it - we parked with a VW Sharan II. The parking lot is watched by the owner :-)"
