"Pros: Host was amazing, very very kind and very informative. They provided everything and more! The beds were AMAZING, never slept this good. Very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and very well maintained. The beach is ~10 minutes away , but there is a small area near the apartment (2 min) where you can swim, not as big as a “public beach” but it’s perfect for a swim and a chit-chat." ~Joanelli

"Pros: This is a nice big apartment with a splendid view of the sea and a small beach within a 5-minute walking distance down the hill. We were met upon arrival by Kristina and she showed us the apartment and told us a little about the area. The apartment was very spacious with enough room for a family of 6. It was packed with literally everything for a comfortable stay. There was every imaginable appliance in the kitchen and plenty of utensils, enough towels for everybody and all the toiletries were included. We came in a car so it was great to have our own free parking spot. There was a store on the first floor of our building where we could get all kinds of food except fruits and veggies, which we bought in a Spar in Opatja (a 10-minute drive). The host, a very amiable lady, left welcome drinks and a bottle of wine in the fridge for us. One day she and her friend paid us a visit and brought us huge cakes they made themselves! It was so unexpected and very touching. She kept contact with us throughout our stay and went out of the way to make it as comfortable as possible. Overall, we loved everything - the location, the apartment, the host, the beach, the sea, the Lungomare, the small towns nearby. This is one of those unforgettable experiences that you only get once. Cons: The furnishings are outdated but it's not a big deal for us; Water temp in the shower was a bit tricky to regulate; There's no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to do some powerlifting and climbing" ~Sergiyl
