"Pros: The person responsible for the keys enabled us to make an early check in which was really appreciated because we arrived with three children. The house is perfect for two families because of the two separate flats. Each flat has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen, balcony and terrace. The house is well equipped, especially kitchen. Both kitchens had oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, pots, pans etc. The bottom flat has washing machine, both flats have hairdryers, and soap. The house also has a nice yard, and an outdoor shower. It was very clean and spacious. The location is good, 200 m from beaches Jadran and Njivice.
Cons: I think the price of 20 euros per day for air conditioning is too high. For our 9 day stay we would be charged 180 euros for AC. Luckily, we did not need it in September. Unfortunately, the wifi is not working at all. In general, the house should have been maintained better. Almost all mattresses in the bottom flat are awful, and should be replaced. In addition, one bed has problems with wooden bed slats underneath. There was no salt and rinse in the dishwasher. The oven in the bottom flat is not working. The trash bins are too small and make no sense for large families. The trash bin for mixed trash outside is ridiculously too small. We had to carry our trash down the road almost every other day. There are not enough clothes pins to hang the clothes. Also, if you have a bigger car, you should watch the driveway which is very narrow."
