"Pros: Our family spent 5 nights in this apartment in Nin. Accomodation has perfect location near to the old town and also 3 minutes drive to Queens beach. Owners were nice but cannot speak English. I appreciate nice kitchen and big fridge, quite nice bathroom. Cons: At arrival we were shocked when owners told us that air conditioning is paid extra. It was written on Booking at hidden place and not properly translated. We didn't expected this. They should emphasize this fact in description as this is one of the most important reasons for deciding about accommodation. Also air conditioning has insufficient power, we used it all the time in the apartment, but still we had to sleep in 27°C. No nets in windows, so impossibly to open windows and exchange air at night. We expected according photos that there are two big beds, but there was only one + sofa which was very hard and uncomfortable. No soap, no basic equipment in kitchen (salt, oil...), toilet paper only for one day, no trash bin in the apartment (only big one at the courtyard). There was a dish washer but bad quality, not a piece was properly cleaned. We didn't used microwave. From our 5 nights stay 2 nights owners had a party at night at backyard. The last day was water outage for whole city and nobody didn't tell us anything, so we were suddenly without water (toilet, shower, everything)." ~Jan
