"Pros: The location of this ADORA Villa is right in the center of town (Motovun). The host is generally helpful and responsive at all times.
Cons: Unfortunately, the fact that the location is right in the center of the town also meant that the unit is far away from the street parking. It was a steep walk to get to the villa especially with luggage. Bear this in mind if you are a family with heavy luggage.
Additionally, the unit itself is a split floor with very steep spiral staircase which may not be conducive for older people or anyone with mobility issues or fear of heights."

"Pros: A truly charming stay! This beautiful old Istrian villa is full of character, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The stone walls, wooden beams, and peaceful surroundings made for a perfect escape. We loved relaxing in the space and enjoying. It’s clear the owners take great care of the place, everything was spotless and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience authentic Istria!
Cons: The water heating tank is too small. Made showers really uncomfortable. I believe it’s better in the summer!"
