"Pros: Location is absolutely perfect, 5 meters from the beach. View from terrace is amazing. House interior design is great. Cons: There was no mention how this is "only" middle vertical section of the house on the photos, there are apartments left and right vertically. But there are 3 floors, so it's large enough, not to worry. But house has some problem with moisture in the basement floor where is one sleeping room and bathroom. Probably some leakage of the water piping in the house, so this should be fixed by the owner, as I don't know if it's healthy to sleep with moisture in the air. WiFi wasn't good, all the time interrupting and loosing the connection." ~Ivan
