"Pros: The seaside view from the balcony (also visible from the room) was awesome. The owners are very pleasant and helpful people: the lady owner cooked for us some pancakes with cottage cheese and jam in the morning and let me wash my clothes in the washing machine; her son gave us few lifts to the seaside on his car. When we were checking-out the lady owner also gave us some sacks with dry lavender – so nice :) The location is very green and quiet, it's about 18 min walk uphill from Lovran old town and the seaside. We had a bedroom with a living room and kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all possible utensils, cups, glasses and dishes. It was nice to spend time on the balcony. There were ropes outdoors to dry swimming suits and other stuff. The place is exceptionally clean. Cons: You need some time to find balance of the cold/hot water in the shower. Also some wardrobes in the bedroom were a bit broken, but it was not too important, as we had a lot of space for our stuff anyway. As the place is about 18 min walk uphill from Lovran old town and the seaside, you have to consider it and either go on car, or be in shape to walk on foot or catch a bus that runs uphill (although it runs very seldom)." ~Tetiana
