"Zalety: Obiekt bardzo czysty i zadbany, właściciele bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Przyjemny basen i ładna kuchnia w ogrodzie. Apartament przestronny i wygodny, ogród pięknie zadbany. Wady: Woda w basenie nie była podgrzewana. Mnie to nie przeszkadzało ale dzieciom robiło się zimno po 20-30 minuach (pobyt na początku czerwca). Brak atrakcji dla dzieci - na zdjeciach jest huśtawka, ale już jej nie ma w ogrodzie, jest spory trawnik, ale trzeba mieć piłke i bramki. Ale chyba innym gościom to nie przeszkadza" ~Adam

"Pros: It's a great place to relax and spend your vacation. It's the last house on a very quiet street, which makes it very appealing for people who would like to hear the sound of nature in the evening. The only neighbors are the hosts living in an adjacent house. Mario and his wife are very welcoming and are very helpful. They greeted us on our arrival and showed us around. The house is great for 6 people, it's well equipped and has everything you need for a wonderful and comfortable time. An awesome addition to the property is a newly built pool which can be of great help during hot Croatian days and to a certain extent substitutes a drive to one of the local beaches. The house is divided into two floors with two separate entrances - the ground floor with one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen, and the 2nd floor has a living room with a couch and a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms. The 2nd floor is air-conditioned. On the territory, there is a terrace with a big dining table for 6 people, a gas barbeque, and a pool with 4 chaise lounges. There are free parking spaces to fit at least 2 cars. There are several beaches within 10 min drive. The easiest one to get but the least spectacular is St. Nikola where you can find a bar and a rental place for kayaks, jet ski, etc. There is rather a famous beach in the area called Luca with a metal sunken boat, but it's a bit inconvenient to get there - it takes about 15-20 min walk to get to the beach from a parking at the lighthouse. The best beach was in Kalavojna bay - it's relatively easy to get here by car and park and the water and the nature is simply picturesque. Within 30 min there is Pula city with an ancient Roman amphitheater Arena and within 50-60 min drive the lovely city of Rovinj. Cons: There are a few minor suggestions that can improve the overall experience. Mario, it will be very helpful to improve the moskito nets on the ground floor and possibly even get air-conditioning - when cooking, it can get pretty hot inside. It will help to get a cover for the swimming pool; in this way less cleaning will be required ;-)" ~Gin

"Pros: Lovely home is a quiet location. The house has three floors, and authentic character with nice personal touches. Many great beaches are just a few minutes drive. Josip is a great host, very helpful, a bottle of local wine was much appreciated:) Cons: The only thing I can think of would be mosquito nets on the windows. The locals seem to be totally immune to them, but for us it was a bit annoying." ~Leon
