The heaters (gas fueled) are quite old , with air intake from the room and the exhaust gas duct not sealed, I believe it’s dangerous and they should be replaced with new heaters."

"Pros: We took the place as a transit apartment. We were traveling from our Adriatic Sea vacation back home. We searched for a place to split the way home in two.
The price was compelling. The place was smelling of new furniture so basically it was new. We had everything we needed, the place was clean and we felt comfortable.
You can see the touch of the owners. They invested in the place and you could see the struggle.
Cons: The air-conditioning was on top of the living room sofa and because the apartment was on the last floor and we were visiting in august, during the night I felt a little hot. I couldn't start the air-conditioning because it was on top of me so I woke up a little warmed up. But I opened the window and the temperature got normal and I got back to sleep."
