"Pros: Very close to the center, quiet area, warm in the studio (if the door leading to the entrance hall and the bathroom is kept closed), useful kitchenette, kind host - whose attention to making us feel good we appreciate and for which we give an extra point to the overall score.
Cons: Even though we booked an apartment for the first night of our stay, and a studio for the second, we were only accommodated in the studio, the apartment being visible only from the door. The presentation photos of the street side of the building have nothing to do with the deplorable and totally unkempt appearance of the backyard where the entrance to the location is. The door handles at the entrance to the studio and apartment, broken. In the studio, various pieces of old furniture, damaged and gathered together only for their functionality, little free space available, cobwebs, ceiling lamps with missing lampshades, slept execrably on bed/sofa bed/pillows, cleanliness left much to be desired, location in the attic. General and interior atmosphere very-very modest. Difficult communication in English or other international languages. If there are two cars in the inner courtyard parking lot, exit maneuvers are very difficult and require a lot of attention."
