"Pros: We loved the owners they were super helpful and present, they were always there to advise, share and assist. The apartment was well equipped. We loved the view from the terrace. Cons: We didn't like NOVA SOL.They are utterly useless agents like not even sure what. I sent them a message saying I have not received the check-in information. No response. Sent them a message on the day of check-in, to ask if we could check-in @15:45 instead of 16:00. They responded to call the owners. We tried (cos we could not find the apartment) but the phone rang in Denmark and it was an answering machine. This was the moment when we got scared and thought it was a scam. Eventually someone called back. He was not helpful at all. He had no local knowledge and could not help. And on top of that when I mentioned I have never received their NOVA SOL email he told me, yes I have cos he can see it in their system. We went through all my emails while on the call even the junk box, booking messages, their message was not there but he can see it in their system that I have read it. Well with that I can't argue. Eventually without his help we found the house. There was someone on the street outside and we went to ask him for directions and he was the owner of our apartmen. 🙏🙌 We sent NOVASOL a message regarding WiFi, they responded the next day... Thank God we were not relying on the local WiFi otherwise we had been super furious. After the very disappointing NOVA SOL experience we went and asked the owners for assistance with everything. Not quite sure what NOVA is getting paid for... Putting the listing on Booking? I can do that in 10 minutes... They have no local knowledge and their response time is 24 hours.... Not great when there is a lot of competition there. We loved the owners they are super kind and nice but NOVA is ruining their business for sure." ~Makka
