"Pros: The property was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. We were a family of 8 including 4 teens, they had plenty to do at the property and we all had plenty of space. Around a 10-15 min walk to the beach.

"Pros: Our host was very kind and left juice, bread and fruit for us on arrival as she knew we would be arriving late. The house was clean, kitchen well-stocked and pool spotless. The garden in the property was large and had plenty of space for children to play and included a swing. We were within easy walking distance from Fazana (15 min stroll) and walked lovely back lanes into the pretty town via olive groves. Fazana lovely, just the right size for us, people welcoming, great coffee, ice-cream, fish and pizza. We didn't have a car but bus route into Pula was good and we hired bikes in Fazana for a couple of days to cycle along the coast (flat) and up into the hills (a little!). We, of course, went to Brijiuni islands - fab day, and swam in the sea a couple of days, as well as making full use of the pool. Wear sea shoes if swimming off rocks as urchins can be plentiful there but beach near Fazana very safe to swim and perfect for anyone with children (we were with grown up children). A brilliant place to stay, House 1012 a perfect location and hosts Alida and family very kind and helpful. We hope to go back and you can't really say better than that!"

"Zalety: Warunki po prostu niesamowite. Domek zlokalizowany w ogrodzie oliwnym, ale nie tylko - znajdziemy w nim również figi, granaty, migdały, winogrona i orzechy włoskie. Do użytku kuchnia polowa i grill (można palić drewnem) - cudo. Właściciel dba o swoich gości w sposób niespotykany - po długiej podróży z Polski w lodówce czekały na nas zimną woda i piwo, a dla dzieci płatki śniadaniowe, mleko i ciastka (bardzo doceniamy ten gest).
Wady: Jedyny minus to odległość od miasta. Miejsce jest piękne i ciche, jednak jest to opcja tylko dla osób z samochodem, którym trzeba się poruszać wszędzie."

"Pros: The property far exceeded our expectations! So many facilities on site to make our trip easy! The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed to cook for a family. The basement had fun activities downstairs along with table tennis and a fantastic pool outside.
The Villa is very modern, spotlessly clean and well thought out, comfortable and relaxing. A great location too, short walk into Fažana with great beaches and restaurants.
Dennis and family were excellent hosts, very welcoming and had great advice. You could tell that a lot of work had gone into the property and maintenance.
We’ll definitely be back, can’t fault a single thing!
