"Pros: The view from this apartment is absolutely stunning! The outdoor space is amazing….the pool is such a great size, and we had access to an outdoor dining table on the upper floor. There are so many fruit trees (lemon trees, pomegranate) on the property and the setting is just idyllic. We were met by Anna who was so lovely and welcoming- she offered to help us with our bags, made us a a gin and tonic (with a lemon she plucked from the tree!), and left us a bottle of gin and a bottle of wine!! She also gave us really helpful tips about the area. The location was excellent. We walked into the old town at least once a day. (abiur 20 minute walk) and also into Lapad. Whilst there were a lot of stairs up (180) they were manageable and I wouldn’t be out off the property by them unless your mobility is poor. We also got the bus a couple of times ( there is a bus stop at the bottom of the stairs). Good facilities- large fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, washing machine. Cons: We honestly loved staying in this apartment and would definitely come back!! The only areas for improvement would be- there wasn’t enough warm water each day, and even after having 4 lukewarm showers spread out over the evening the last person usually had to have a pretty cold shower! However this wasn’t the end of the world as the weather was warm so a cold shower was welcomed! The toilets and shower were also a bit grimy in places! The living room and main bedroom had air conditioning, but the twin room only had a ceiling fan so the room was on the warmer side. The positives far outweigh the negatives!!" ~Jessica

"Pros: Great location and value for money in Dubrovnik. Only 1.7km walk to the Pile Gate and scenic the whole way. Ocean views from the room and great outside terrace. Great beach just down the hill. Free parking! Cons: Bit of a tight fit for 5 people with the sofa bed set up in the kitchen/living room but not an issue at all." ~Damien
