"Pros: This is my second time in Dubrovnik and I wanted a more quiet getaway (and therefore stayed further away from old town/pile). The host (Zoran) met me in person at the apt at 1am in the morning. He was so sweet despite the late arrival - he gave me a glass of juice, showed me around the room, and showed me important spots (including bus stops, etc) on a map of Dubrovnik. The property itself is also beautiful and well maintained, but still has a homey vibe. The room was big, bed was comfy, and AC worked well. The location was nice and quiet, and an easy ~5-10 min walk to the nearest beach (lots of stairs though) or ~15 min Uber to old town. Note, there is ~1 flight of stairs between this property and the nearest road (not wheelchair friendly). Cons: Literally nothing." ~Mandy
