"Pros: They ate not RELIABLE. Not RESPONDING, not liable, and NOT recommending it at ALL. Cons: I think this place is run by an agency. So they do not bothered to send replies quickly, and cancelled my reservation last minute Imagine if was three hours away when I received email from them saying, sorry for inconvenience, but the apartment is no longer available. So before traveling i had received confirmation that the apartment is free for less than three hours they have cancelled it. I have reported to booking, as I think they also are not reliable at all. If you do the reservation from booking it tells you, no card and no prepayments are required but as soon as you click reserve, the automatic email shows up, asking you to make payment and their own terms appear, which tells you they are not transparent at all. They also cheat booking, they probably don’t know the payment and their cancellation policy since this place shows you to have their own policy and no longer those under or through booking. I hesitated to pay, and most probably my reservation was cancelled because of that. Probably someone else paid, which I hesitate to do since this is why i booked this in the first place. They ate cheaters. Most probably if i would have cancelled it on my own I would have never received money back, as stated in booking reservation policy cancelled it anytime for free." ~Florina
